Is ZonePass a parking permit?
ZonePass is a separate London Congestion Charge service. Parking permits, ULEZ and other road charges are not included. You can choose parking and ZonePass separately.
How long does the £157 price last?
If you join while the offer is open, £157 per month stays in place for as long as your subscription is continuous. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price available at that time applies.
When does the joining offer close?
The offer will close to new subscribers at a later date. No closing date has been announced. The price shown at checkout is the price you agree to when you join.
Can I use ZonePass as soon as I pay?
Wait for confirmation of your vehicle, service and start date. Creating an account or making a payment alone does not confirm coverage. Keep your existing Congestion Charge arrangements until your service is confirmed.
When does my monthly billing begin?
The first payment and monthly billing begin when you pay, even if you select a later service start date. You review and agree to this at checkout. We confirm your vehicle, service and start date separately.
How does cancellation work?
Before your agreed service start date, cancellation includes a full refund. After your service starts, it continues until the next billing date and will not renew. There is no extra notice period or cancellation charge. Use your account or Contact Support to manage your subscription.
Can I subscribe without buying parking?
Yes. ZonePass is a separate service with its own monthly subscription. A parking purchase is not required.

Use your PrimeParking account to see your ZonePass subscription and contact support. Read the ZonePass terms before you pay.
