What to know before choosing a zone, and where to get help once you are parking.

Choosing a zone

What is a parking zone?

A zone is a defined area covered by a particular parking permit. The map shows the boundaries so you can find an area near home, work or another regular destination. Your permit determines which bays you may use.

Do I get a reserved parking space?

A zone permit gives access to eligible parking bays within the approved area. It does not reserve a particular bay or guarantee that a bay will be free when you arrive.

How do I choose the right zone?

Search for your destination on the parking zones map, then open a zone to see its boundary and displayed price. Streets near a boundary can have different restrictions, so ask our team if you are unsure.

Does a zone on the map mean I can buy a permit immediately?

The map shows parking zones, rather than live permit stock. Availability, eligibility and the right arrangement for your vehicle need to be confirmed before you rely on parking access.

Getting started

What information will you need?

Have your vehicle registration, contact details, chosen area and intended start date ready. The team will confirm any documents needed for your application. Requirements can vary by council and permit arrangement.

When can I start parking?

Wait until we confirm that your parking is ready for your vehicle and zone. An enquiry, payment or application alone is not confirmation that you can park.

Can I use a permit for a car or van?

Tell us your vehicle registration and vehicle type. We will check what is suitable for the zone and arrangement you need before confirming access.

How much does it cost?

The current map displays £297 per month for most covered boroughs and £397 per month for Kensington and Chelsea. These are indicative map prices. Check the specific offer, charges and terms before ordering. See the price guide.

Using your permit

Can I park anywhere inside the boundary?

Only use bays covered by your permit. Check the signs beside the bay each time, including operating hours, vehicle restrictions and temporary suspensions. Yellow lines, loading bays, disabled bays and other restricted places are not automatically covered by a zone permit.

Can I change my vehicle or parking zone?

Contact the team before using a different vehicle or zone. A change may need a new application or approval. Keep parking with only the vehicle and zone we have confirmed.

How do I manage my monthly parking or cancel?

Check your agreed terms and contact the team in good time if you want to change or cancel your monthly parking. Existing customers can also open their customer account. The published refund and cancellation policy explains the current general policy.

What should I do if I receive a parking ticket?

Contact us with your vehicle registration, PCN number, incident date, location and a clear copy of the notice. Keep the original notice and note its deadlines while the details are reviewed. Do not assume that contacting us pauses a council deadline.
