Prime Parking Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Prime Parking services and access to the website. By purchasing, applying for, or using any Prime Parking service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Prime Parking provides access assistance and parking-related services within approved London parking zones.

2. Parking Access

Prime Parking provides customers with access to approved parking zones and designated parking arrangements, subject to availability and eligibility.

Parking access is subject to:

  •  Zone availability
  •  Approval status
  •  Local parking regulations
  •  Vehicle compliance requirements

Access does not guarantee a permanently reserved parking bay unless explicitly stated.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  •  Providing accurate vehicle and contact information 
  •  Valid V5C or lease agreement, and insurance schedule (not certificate)
  •  Ensuring vehicle tax, insurance, and MOT requirements are valid
  •  Following all local parking regulations and restrictions
  •  Parking only within approved and designated areas

Prime Parking accepts responsibility for fines issued in error and penalties. 

Prime Parking accepts no responsibility for towing or enforcement actions resulting from misuse or unauthorised parking.

4. Payments

All payments must be completed in full before parking access is activated.

Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy. A 30-day notice period is required to cancel. The permit is automatically cancelled after 7 days of missed payment. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of parking access.

5. Availability

Parking availability may vary depending on zone demand, local restrictions, and operational capacity.

Prime Parking does not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all areas at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prime Parking is not liable for:

  •  Vehicle damage
  •  Theft or loss
  •  Delays caused by third-party systems or councils

Customers use the service at their own discretion and responsibility. We do cover parking fines issued in error. 

7. Service Changes

Prime Parking reserves the right to:

  •  Update pricing
  •  Amend service availability
  •  Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. We don’t modify parking zones.
