Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle. A one-month notice for cancellation is required. Once a billing cycle has started, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Annual Plans

Annual plans are discounted commitments and are generally non-refundable after activation.

Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Failed Applications

If an application cannot be approved or fulfilled, eligible customers may receive a full refund if the permit is not approved. 

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers experiencing billing issues should contact support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services.

5. Service Misuse

Refunds will not be provided for services misused or for customers who violate parking regulations or Terms & Conditions.
