Do I need to park with PrimeParking?
No. Partners have their own account and do not need to buy parking. If you already use PrimeParking, you can use the same verified email account.
When do referrals earn commission?
Once a qualifying customer payment is verified and parking has started. Commission follows your agreed rate. Unpaid, cancelled before start or refunded periods do not qualify. Statements show earnings separately from completed payments.
How does the customer discount work?
An eligible new customer gets 20% off the first month of parking with an active partner code. The normal monthly price applies from month two. It cannot be combined with another referral reward and does not apply to ZonePass or existing bills.
What should I say when sharing my link?
Use the short promotional copy in your account. It makes clear that you earn commission. Only share with people who want to hear from you, and let PrimeParking confirm parking arrangements with the customer.
