What makes a referral successful?
Your friend must be a new customer who uses your personal referral link and becomes a paying subscriber. An account registration or enquiry alone does not qualify. Rewards are confirmed once both services have started and eligible monthly payments are verified.
How long do I keep receiving £20?
You receive £20 a month for each eligible referral while you and that referred customer both remain subscribed. If either subscription ends, that referral stops earning rewards.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
There is no cap on successful referrals. Each eligible new paying customer can add another £20 to your monthly rewards.
What happens when my rewards exceed my bill?
Monthly rewards reduce your parking bill. Rewards above your bill are paid separately after monthly review. There is no cap at the cost of your own parking. This is a reviewed monthly process, not an automatic bank transfer when someone signs up.
Does my friend get a discount or a free month?
Your friend joins at the price shown for their chosen service. This scheme rewards you as the referrer with £20 a month for each successful referral. It does not include a friend discount or a free month.
Can I refer myself or an existing customer?
Referrals are for new paying customers. You cannot refer yourself or use an existing customer account as a new referral. Duplicate and self referrals do not qualify.

Sign in to your PrimeParking account and open Refer and earn £20. You can copy your personal link, check referral progress and see your recorded rewards there.
