When can I start parking?
Payment and permission to start parking are separate. Choose your requested start when setting up your plan, then wait for our confirmation before using the parking.
When does monthly billing start?
Your first payment and monthly billing begin when you pay, including if you select a later parking start. You review and accept the payment terms at checkout.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Cancel before your agreed parking start for a full refund and no cancellation charge. After parking starts, cancellation takes effect at your next billing date, with no additional notice period. The current paid period is not refunded once parking has started, except where required by law. Read the cancellation policy.
Does my monthly plan reserve a space?
No. It lets you use eligible bays within your chosen zone, subject to the parking conditions. It does not reserve an individual bay or guarantee a space. Always check the street signs.
